The list of groceries shopping to go by for weight loss!

Here is the list! The list will tell you healthier version of commonly used food item at home. It will help you feel energetics and healthy.

Whole grain cereals, bread, pasta, rice
Less than 2% milk, low fat butter, low fat cheese
No cholesterol oil eg: canola and olive oil
Do not buy soda, sugary drinks, diet drinks beer and other alcohol
Do buy abundant of fruits, vegetables
Do not buy snack bars, chips, prepared snack packages
Sugar free juice
Hormones free (cage free) eggs
Wild caught fish/seafood
Organic lean cut meat
For grounded meat, you buy the lean cut and use the meat grinder to grind.
Commercial pre-grounded meat has ton of fat. (It is not a good kind of fat)
Buy a lot of ginger root, garlic, onions
Buy a lot of  various lentil/pulses
Go pass by on these section with cakes, pastry, muffins, cookies (and that all made in enriched flour)
Donot buy the cigarettes 

It is very important to buy groceries with the list. Stay on the list. Do not buy because they are on sale or promotion.  It is good the item which you buy are on sale. But do not change your good nutritious healthy food for few dollars cheaper non healthy food.

*** I wish we had a robot which can buy us the groceries. So that we will not be pursuaded by the sale tactics. Stay on your list. Pretend as a  robot when you shop for groceries.***
